Professional and welcoming staff, it was enjoyable stay.

We liked this hotel and would stay here again when in Bernalillo. Everything was good, but we stayed for 1 night only. The setting was MAGNIFICENT, adjacent to the surrounding restaurants and Bernalillo. It was good to be 1 mile away from Kfc, serving short-orders. Cool rooms with 2 queen beds, felt like home.

The room was ok but they should get bath towels that are thicker. They were very thin and not absorbent. A continental breakfast would have been nice too. We had to leave the property to get breakfast.

I appreciated the great proximity to the Coronado Historic Site, just about 2.5 km away, made for a lovely afternoon stroll. There were plenty of nearby eateries like McDonald's and Starbucks for quick meals .

The lobby was very hot and there was no furniture to sit on but the young lady on duty was very nice and tried to make the best of it. I gave the bathroom a star for being clean and updated which is more than I can say for the rest of the place.

It wasn't exactly affordable but the experience was bearable.

I booked a Queen Room Non-Smoking and found my stay decent overall. The room was clean upon arrival and had a nice layout. Great WiFi. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff treated me kindly. I encountered some issues. The TV didn't function properly, frustrating when I wanted to relax and watch something. There was no mini-fridge or microwave either, made things a bit inconvenient since I bought milk and yogurt that went bad overnight. Another downside was the gap under the door, which I had to cover with a sheet for privacy. Even though these issues were annoying, the friendly service and clean room were good.

The location was great for our trip, being close to various attractions. The bed in our room was firm, which I found comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as we encountered issues with dirty fixtures and maintenance problems. It was disappointing to wake up and find a cockroach in the room, but we made do since it was just a short one-night stay.
